I have loved PC's, ever since I came into contact with them 20+ years ago. In 1992 I had the first PC I could call my own, a Tulip PC Compact 2, with a 20 MB(!) harddisk, 2 floppy drives, 640 KB RAM, running at a whopping 9.54 MHz, all of which at some point in time was truly state of the art, but already positively ancient when it came my way.

Since then I've made quite a bit of headway, upgraded or replaced many a part, if not entire systems, and invariably ended up with a lot of old systems. Most of these are still running, and actually have a meaningfull purpose (being able to play games such as Realms of Chaos or Bio Menace is meaningfull).

So here's a brief list of all the hardware that's still happily humming along. I'll add more technical details eventually, to please all you nerds and sentimental old folk.
